I miss Ate :-(

It’s her 27th birthday tomorrow and I’m sure that when we call her later, iiyak na naman yun </3 I can only imagine how sad she gets over there in Dubai…

three months

Paolo and I celebrated our third “monthsary” last Sunday. We couldn’t go out because I had work, so he just went to my house after my shift for a House M.D. marathon (with chips, of course), which lasted until 2 a.m.

It was simple and lovely <3 Malamig pa ang panahon, so ang sarap mag-cuddle Sana ganun every night, hehe.

Hmmm, how to describe the past three months? Masaya Hindi yung tipong sabog na saya kagaya nung nakaraan kong entry, though there were moments like that. I’m referring to a silent kind of joy. Yung tipong bigla akong mapapangiti sa gitna ng trabaho tapos magpapasalamat ako kay Papa Jesus kasi masaya ang buhay ko.  

And even though things are mighty stressful sometimes (er, most of the time), I can still say that I have a peaceful life. Kahit anong pagod ko, makita/maka-text/maka-chat ko lang si Paolo, gumagaan agad ang pakiramdam ko. 

Saka masuwerte ako diyan, hindi ako binibigyan ng sakit ng ulo. The other night nga bigla kong naisip, aba matagal-tagal na rin pala akong hindi umiiyak. I kinda miss it, hahaha. (Joke lang, Cosmos. Joke lang.)

And he really takes care of me. Ang cute nga e, the other day he brought me watermelon slices. But before letting me eat, tinanggal muna niya isa-isa yung seeds

I’m really thankful that I have Paolo in my life. Ang sappy, no? Hehe. Pero ganun e

Greetings, earthlings! I’m in such a good mood today! So here I am blogging about it instead of studying

…Then I realize that I’m not really sure what I want to say, hahaha. Please bear with me, sabog talaga ako kapag masaya.

Hmmm… maybe I should start with an update on my resolutions. I didn’t exercise last week BUT I have a good excuse: I wasn’t feeling well. Bummer nga e, I was so excited pa naman to play futsal again. Isang buwan din akong hindi naglaro.

But I’m okay now kaya makakapaglaro na ako bukas, yipeee! (Malamang legs of lead na naman ako sa Wednesday.) I also plan to do Taebo on Thursday and Friday/Saturday.

As for my kuripot campaign, I’m proud to announce that I’ve been doing great! Imagine, I recently went to Trinoma alone (rode jeepneys, not a cab) and I was able to ignore all the Sale signs! I bought only the stuff I needed!  

But I already found an excuse to shop this week, haha. Nasira kasi yung tan sandals ko. Eh mahalaga sa buhay ko ang tan sandals so bibili ako ng bago, hehe. 

Makakatipid pa rin naman ako kahit paano because I have discount coupons from my lovely Belle de Jour Planner:

There are 60 coupons in all. Meron for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Flojos, Esprit, Timex, etc. At ang pinaka-importante sa lahat, Red Box and Cupcakes by Sonja coupons!

The planner also has a Goals page (na kinareer ko. matindi ito, may vision statement pa! hahaha), expense tracker, menstrual tracker and vacation planner. (I swear, I don’t get paid for this.)

I really love it, that’s why I bought it even though it’s quite expensive at P600. Paolo helped me justify my decision, saying the planner would practically pay for itself through the coupons. Dun pa lang sa P500-Red Box discount sulit na e. (But I promise to use the coupons only when needed hehe.)

And the best part is that a portion of Belle de Jour’s profits will go to organizations that help women and children Bawi yung pagiging consumerist hehe.

Grabe, ang haba ng dinaldal ko tungkol sa planner

Hmmm, ano pa bang sasabihin ko…

I’m such a dork. I was asked to write a 6,000-character article on *bleep, bawal sabihin*. At first I was complaining because that’s too long. Pero kanina I so enjoyed writing the article, mukhang mage-exceed pa ako sa limit.

Sa sobrang absorbed ko, hindi ko na kinakausap si Eliza and I almost forgot  to eat supper. I even wanted to stay beyond my shift to finish the damn thing kasi sayang yung momentum. Kaso mas matipid kung sasabay ako sa service, so sabi ko bukas na lang. I totally forgot that it’s my rest day tomorrow, hehe. 

Feeling ko nga, itong pagba-blog ko ay latak nung drive ko kaninang magsulat. Now I remember how much I love writing! Thank You, Lord!  (Yun nga lang, walang kuwenta ang mga pinagsasabi ko ngayon, hahaha.) 

I swear, kapag hindi ginamit ng editor yung article, uupakan ko siya maha-heartbroken ako.

I need to finish the article before 6 p.m. this Wednesday kahit na sa weekend pa ang deadline. Kasi…

AMERICAN IDOL NA! Hahaha. December pa lang excited na ako ohmygosh I’m so jologs, hahaha. Mabuti na lang hindi natapat sa classes ko.
